ochoaWANTED BY DOC IN TRI-CITIES —
It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No — it’s a fugitive who calls himself, ‘Superman.’

That’s the nickname Jeffrey Ochoa goes by.

U.S. Marshals are on the hunt for him and believe he’s back to using meth.

He’s wanted on a DOC warrant for Escape after getting busted for being a felon with a gun.

He did prison time for it and has broken federal probation four times in the past. Marshals say this will be his fifth violation charge and he’s facing a ton of hard time if he’s busted with a gun again.

‘Superman’ is 5’10” and weighs 195 pounds. He’s 47 years old — in fact — he just had his birthday Wednesday — so let’s get him caught and give him a gift WMW-style — three hots and a cot and no cake for you!

Hopefully your tip can be ‘Superman’s’ Kryptonite.
