Several school districts closed due to power outage

CHEHALIS, Wash. -- Several school districts are closed Wednesday after a massive power outage.

Those districts are Adna, Centralia, Chehalis, Napavine, Toledo, and Winlock. The Boistfort and Evaline school districts will start an hour late.

Lewis County 911 says Bonneville Power lost a sub-station which then caused multiple stations across the county to go down.

As of 7 a.m., power was restored to several areas, but schools will remain closed. Click here, to check the current list of school closures and statues.

In the meantime, officials are asking residents not to call the police to report outages.
