'What is it about ice and sea otters?' Rescued pup shows you (VIDEO)

SEATTLE -- Rescued baby sea otter Rialto is doing well at the Vancouver, B.C., Aquarium after being found near death in Olympic National Park on Aug. 1.

He was found starving on the park's Rialto Beach.

The Seattle Aquarium took Rialto in and nursed him back to health. Then he was given to the Vancouver Aquarium, where he has thrived and is now, according to the Seattle Times, a reported 20 pounds.

Oh, and he loves ice!

Thanks to the Seattle Aquarium for this video of Rialto.
