WA Lieutenant Governor Debate: McClendon vs. Habib

SEATTLE - For the first time in 20 years, there is an open seat for Washington Lieutenant Governor.  On the ballot this year are the top two finishers from the August Primary.

Republican Marty McClendon is a real estate agent, and a part-time pastor, the host of a local talk-radio problem.  Democrat Cyrus Habib is a lawyer and State Senator from Bellevue.

Both candidates sat down recently with C.R. Douglas to debate their qualifications and approach to the office.  Here is that 4-part exchange, which first aired on Sunday, October 16:
