Stevens Pass just got its first snow of the season

STEVENS PASS, Wash. – More good news, skiers: You can add Stevens Pass to the list of ski resorts that have registered their first snow of the season.

Staff at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort posted video on Facebook on Monday of snow falling on the lifts.

Last week, snow began falling at both White Pass and Crystal Mountain.

Though a major storm is expected to hit Western Washington this week, snow levels are expected to remain above 7,000 feet and highways through the mountain passes won’t likely be impacted.
