Bald eagle OK after getting caught in car's grill

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. -- The Clay County Sheriff's Office received an interesting call this morning. A bald eagle flew a little too close in front of a car in Florida and became lodged in its grill.

The photos from the sheriff's office are both humorous and horrifying.

Clay County Sheriff's Office and Clay Fire Rescue personnel responded and rescued the eagle. They say the bird is alive and OK.

It was turned over to the B.E.A.K.S. Wildlife Sanctuary for a further medical check.
