Vigil planned at Cascade Mall parking lot Monday

BURLINGTON, Wash. — A vigil to remember and reflect on the shooting in Burlington this past weekend has been set for Monday evening at the Cascade Mall parking lot, Burlington Mayor Steve Sexton confirms.

The vigil will begin at 7 p.m. between Applebee’s and Johnny Carino’s at 201 Cascade Mall Drive, Burlington.

A makeshift memorial of posters, flowers, and candles laid outside the mall Saturday evening.
