Video shows mom warn son on motorcycle to 'watch out for idiots' before rear-ending him minutes later

KENT, Wash. -- A motorcyclist in Kent says he was rear-ended by his mother after she told him to "watch out for idiots" -- and the whole thing was captured on video.

According to the YouTube caption, Jake Schoeppach said the incident happened in Kent. He said his mother was going about 30 to 35 mph at the moment of impact.

A woman in the video gets out of the car and can be heard saying, "I'm so sorry. Oh my God, Jacob!"

Jake is standing for a moment after the motorcycle is knocked out from underneath him, before walking a few steps and keeling over. Shortly after that, he gets up and picks up the camera.

Kent police told Seattle PI.com that the crash was not reported to authorities but said it did appear to take place in Kent.
