Closing arguments begin in trial of yoga teacher accused of flashing crowd, sex act with teen at bar mitzvah
Scottsdale, AZ (CNN) — Closing arguments began Monday afternoon in the trial of a Scottsdale, Arizona yoga teacher accused of engaging in a sex act with a teenager.
Lindsey Radomski, 32, has been on trial at the Scottsdale City Court because the 18 charges she faces are all misdemeanors.
She is accused of flashing her breasts to adults and kids at a 2015 bar mitzvah.
Investigators said she later invited eight boys to her room and allowed them to fondle her breasts before allegedly performing a sex act on one of the teens.
The prosecution, up first, began their closing arguments by asking the jury to recall the testimony they heard six weeks ago as the boys in the case “came forward and told you what they knew and told you what had happened.”
Radomski pleaded not guilty to all 18 charges, including indecent exposure, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and disorderly conduct.
She has maintained that she has no memory of what happened at the party. Her attorney said she was given a “date rape” drug that night.
