Seahawks follow through with plan to link arms during anthem

The display was linked to Colin Kaepernick’s decision to sit during the anthem in protest of racial inequality in the U.S.

Several members of the Miami Dolphins knelt on the sideline with a hand over their hearts while the anthem played.

Receiver Doug Baldwin was among the organizers of the display. He tweeted Saturday that “We are a team comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds. And as a team, we have chosen to stand and interlock arms in unity.”
