WATCH: Trailers for Netflix's film on Amanda Knox murder case released

SEATTLE -- Netflix on Thursday released the first clips of its Amanda Knox murder case documentary that will be available for streaming on Sept. 30.

"Suddenly, I found myself tossed into this dark place," a teary-eyed Knox begins in one of the trailers. "I was so scared."

The Netflix trailers are titled, "Believe her. Suspect her. See the other side."

The film will profile Seattle native Knox and investigate the grisly murder in Italy of her then-roommate, Meredith Kercher, while the two were studying and living in Italy in 2007. Knox and her then-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito were convicted of the murder, but they were later acquitted. Knox's conviction was overturned in 2015.
