Donald Trump is coming back to Seattle for fundraiser, possible rally

SEATTLE – Donald Trump is coming back to the Northwest later this month or early next month, his campaign confirmed on Thursday.

"There will be multiple events and we are hoping to do a large rally," Doug Ericksen, the co-chair of Trump's King County campaign, said in an email to Q13 News.

The Washington Post reported Trump will make a swing through the western states, with Seattle and Portland joining San Francisco and Napa, Calif., as part of his tour from Aug. 29-31.

The specific time and date of Trump’s Seattle stop hasn’t been announced.

The Post reports that the fundraisers are among 21 events scheduled this month for Trump Victory, a joint committee between Trump’s campaign and the Republican National Committee.

Trump last visited Washington on May 6, when he made a campaign stop in Lynden.
