BURIEN, Wash. -- Students and the community started cleaning up Highline High School on Friday -- after voters failed twice to pass bond measures to fix the campus.

Everyone showed up with gloves and tools to clean, paint and landscape. The school has holes in the roof and cracks in the walls.
