Snohomish County suspects in theft of thousands of Victoria's Secret bras, panties arrested in St. Louis

MISSOURI - Edward Casas Fandino and Angie Rodriguez were arrested on 4-26-2016 in St. Louis, Missouri.  Detectives say they are part of an Organized Retail Theft group committing crimes throughout the country.  They have pending cases in New York, Pennsylvania, Oregon, California, Utah and Washington.

EVERETT. Wash. -- The North Snohomish County Property Crimes Unit says they have probable cause to arrest them for stealing thousands of dollars worth of sunglasses from a store in Tulalip with another, unidentified couple pictured in light gray clothing below.

They are suspected of organized retail theft after officers say they were caught on video stealing "Dream Angels" bras and panties from Victoria's Secret stores in Utah and Oregon. Loss prevention officers in Ogden say they stole 1,100 panties worth $15,950.

"They're not playing around with low-value type products. They're looking for high-dollar items that they can get the most money resale for," said Det. Glenn DeWitt.
