Man arrested after allegedly taking pictures of 8-year-old in Sea-Tac bathroom

SEATAC – A 34-year-old man was arrested Friday after a father accused him of taking pictures of his son in a bathroom at Sea-Tac Airport.

According to probable cause documents released by Port of Seattle police, the father was waiting for his 8-year-old son to use the restroom when he saw the man standing up in the adjacent stall, holding a cellphone over the top and pointing it into his son’s stall.

The father said he moved closer and saw his son’s face on the phone’s screen. He said he confronted the man, who denied doing anything wrong.

The father asked other passengers to call the police, and the man was arrested for investigation of voyeurism.
