Yakima Police searching for accused murder suspect Damien Iniguez; Crime Stoppers reward offered

YAKIMA, Wash. -- Yakima Police and the state Department of Corrections are asking for help finding Damian Iniguez who is wanted for Murder 1,  four counts of Assault 1 and Drive-by shooting.

Police say that on April 10 the 22-year-old and another suspect who is already in custody drove by rival gang members and shot into the crowd, killing one person.



Damian is currently being supervised by DOC for: Assault 3 and Assault 2. DOC issued a warrant for his arrest on 10-14-15 for failing to report. The assault 3 stems from Damian and other inmates at the Yakima County Jail assaulting a Corrections officer. He is classified as a “High Violent” offender. Damian should be considered armed and dangerous.

He is 5'11", 140 lbs with brown eyes and black hair. He uses the aliases David Rios Hurtado and David Hurtado Rios. He has “Pride” and “$” tattoed on his left forearm and “Brown” and “Chicano Life” on his right forearm. Look for the tattoo on his neck of music notes, which stand out, and a tattoo of a bullet hole on his forehead.
