Human body parts found in recycle bin belong to missing Renton mom according to police

RENTON - The human remains found over the weekend inside a recycle bin in Seattle have been identified as Renton mom Ingrid Lyne. Seattle police say they arrested John Charlton for her gruesome murder in Snohomish County on Monday. Lyne went missing Friday night. Detectives say phone records allowed them to quickly arrest Charlton. The last time neighbors say they saw Lyne was at her mailbox Friday before she headed out for her date with Charlton. Friends say the two met online and had a date Friday night to see the Mariner’s home opener. When Lyne didn’t show up to pick up her daughters Saturday morning friends went on social media desperate to get the word out. “Ingrid has always been for the kids,” neighbor Edward Franceschina said. Franceschina has known Ingrid for years. He says police searched her Renton home over the weekend looking for clues. “Her purse, her telephone everything was in the house,” Franceschina said. Saturday afternoon a resident called 911 reporting what they believed was human remains wrapped up in a number of plastic bags. Lyne is a nurse at Swedish Hospital and the hospital says they are concerned over her disappearance.
