Jonathan Crawford-Nelson: Violent offender convicted of attacking woman with butcher's knife, committing crimes behind bars -- missing in Snohomish County

CRAWFORDWANTED BY DOC IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY --
Jonathan Crawford-Nelson is a ‘High-Violent Offender’ with a huge rap sheet full of assaults, domestic violence and weapons and now he’s missing in Snohomish County.

In one of his slew of domestic violence crimes he assaulted a woman and held a butcher's knife to her throat while threatening to kill her.

And now, he's breaking probation for a bold extortion crime he committed while behind bars. "From the jail he called the victim, demanded money, started making threats saying he was going to come after him and it didn't matter if he went back to jail to kill him, hurt him, whatever he wanted to do,” says Department of Corrections Ofc. Emily Isaacs. “The victim called 911 while he was hearing these threats from Crawford-Nelson and the 911 dispatcher heard everything he said. This is an individual who's violent. He's on the run. We need your help to find him now."

DOC officers say Crawford-Nelson could be hiding in King County or Snohomish County.

He also goes by either just Crawford or Nelson, as well as the fake last name ‘Christina.’
