WMW viewer tips lead to arrest of convicted high-risk child rapist who was missing in Chelan County

FUGITIVE CAPTURED March 21, 2016 --
Wenatchee Police say Jeremy Hudgens was arrested on Monday after WMW viewers recognized him from his online photo on catchwmw.com and called in tips of his location.

Wenatchee Police say he tried to escape, but was quickly taken into custody.

Jeremy Hudgens is a level three sex offender -- the highest risk to re-offend.

Failing to Register as a sex offender, like he’s wanted for now, is not new for him -- that's what we featured him for in 2012. Back then his family saw him on the show, contacted him in New York and helped convince him to return to Washington state and surrender.

Hudgens is known to use the fake last name "Hollmann."

He's 28 years old, 5’4”, 165 pounds, with a pierced tongue and the letters "LFH" tattooed on his right wrist.
