'Calm car crook' arrested after WMW viewer tips help identify him as convicted felon, Nicholas White

WHITEFEDERAL WAYCAPTURE UPDATE June 10, 2016 --
Federal Way Police say several Washington's Most Wanted viewer tips called into Crime Stoppers helped detectives identify the suspect as Nicholas White.

He was arrested by Kent Police and booked into the King County Jail on Thursday, June 9th.

He had a $10,000 warrant for this arrest for possession of a stolen vehicle. He was also wanted in Federal Way for drugs and getting busted with burglary tools.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN FEDERAL WAY March 18, 2016 --
Watch the surveillance video below to see just how easily this crook in Federal Way steals a car. He acted pretty cool outside, so much so, it almost looked like that was his ride.

Luckily, he was all sketchy inside the Sportsman Warehouse store -- where the surveillance photo above was snapped -- so security was already on to him. “They followed him, thinking that maybe he was going to steal something from inside the store,” says Cathy Schrock with Federal Way Police. “They followed him on their outside, or exterior cameras. He walked up to the vehicle just as if it was his own, used a shaved key to get in. It appears when you look at the video that maybe something spooked him, so he kind of walked away for a minute, circled the car, came right back, got in and before you knew it the car was started and he just drove off."

Detectives think the calm car crook has a reddish/brownish goatee and wore a camouflage jacket.

This likely wasn't his first heist and Federal Way Police think he could be behind many more auto thefts.
