Thieves steal 2 wheels, tires off car of elderly man in retirement center (VIDEO)

MARYSVILLE, Wash. -- Bill Steinbaugh, 87, says he had two expensive wheels and tires stolen from his Toyota Corolla last week.

He lives next to the Fred Meyer store  in Marysville, and Steinbaugh's granddaughter says this theft is nothing knew for this area.

There's no video fo the actual crime but Steinbaugh and his granddaughter believe someone or something spooked the thieves before they completed their crime and got all four wheels.

Steinbaugh, who has congestive heart failure and who said he had to take a nitroglycerin pill after this theft, is warning people to take care in the area.
