Argument between vehicles leads to shooting on downtown Olympia street



OLYMPIA, Wash. -- Olympia Police are searching for a shooter, following an argument that ended with a gunshot wound on a downtown street.

Investigators say there was some kind of dispute between people in two vehicles driving down 4th Avenue East on Friday night.

Around 11:15 p.m., shots were fired from one of the cars near the intersection of 4th & Plum Street Southeast.

A man in his 20s was hit and taken to the hospital.

Paramedics said his injuries were non-life threatening.

Detectives are still working to determine who fired the shot.
