WMW viewer tips lead to arrest of ‘High-Violent Offender’ who was wanted in Snohomish County; 2nd car theft suspect still unidentified

Snohomish County detectives arrested Troy Thompson on Saturday, thanks to anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers from Washington’s Most Wanted viewers!

Detectives are still trying to identify the man in the bright orange jacket seen with Thompson in the photos below.

Detectives say the two stole a Honda Civic and drove it to Bothell, ditched it right next to where a black Toyota Pickup was parked and then stole the pickup truck.

The truck was found last night.

Snohomish County detectives need your help finding wanted ‘High-Violent Offender,’ Troy Thompson.

Detectives say surveillance photos show Thompson carrying a dark jacket as he cases a lot in Snohomish.

They’re hoping you can tell them where Thompson’s hiding and they really need to know the name of the second suspect with him who’s wearing the bright orange jacket that looks like a construction worker-type of coat with the white safety reflector stripes on both arms.

Detectives say Thompson is well-known to law enforcement in Snohomish County.

He has multiple felony warrants for this arrest right now and is also wanted in Idaho.

Detectives say he hangs out in the north and east areas of Snohomish County.
