'Crime of Opportunity' crooks: Help Edmonds Police identify pair of car prowl, purse theft suspects caught on ATM cameras

WANTED IN EDMONDS --
Edmonds police are trying to identify a pair of car prowl suspects who stole a woman's purse.

Detectives say the photos above are from the ATM’s where they used the victim's stolen cards.

The crooks got lucky because the victim left her purse in the vehicle with the doors unlocked.

Edmonds police say the case serves as a warning to others. “This is one of those cases that we really try to educate the public on. Lock your vehicles. Take your valuables out. This is a crime of opportunity," says Edmonds Sgt. Josh McClure.

Police say the suspects also tried to use the victim's cards at Wal-Mart.
