Police looking for Alzheimer's patient who disappeared in Skyway; could be in downtown Seattle

SKYWAY – Police are asking for help finding a man with Alzeimer’s who disappeared from his adult family home in the Skyway area early Tuesday morning.


Elbert Foster, 74, likes to go to downtown Seattle, and Pioneer Square in particular.


Despite the picture police released, Foster is currently bald and doesn’t have the beard or mustache.


Foster is 5-foot-9 and weighs about 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black stocking cap, black leather jacket, blue pants and brown shoes.
