2 dead, 1 seriously injured in two-car collision near Chehalis
CHEHALIS, Wash. -- Two people were killed and another person was seriously injured in a two-car collision near State Route 6 and Highway 603 outside Chehalis Friday afternoon, authorities said.
Lewis County Fire District 6 said the injured patient was rushed to Providence Central Hospital.
The Washington State Patrol said one car had T-boned the other one. The accident happened at about 4:50 p.m.
State Route 6 was closed in both directions and was expected to remain closed for a few hours.
The Washington State Patrol is investigating.
