Bank robbery suspect dubbed 'Wring Bandit' because of hand habit during heist -- surrenders, faces multiple charges

CAPTURE UPDATE December 1, 2015 -- Accused 'Wring Bandit' bank robber, Tyler Richardson, faces charges of 1st Degree Robbery and 1st Degree Attempted Robbery. His court arraignment is set for December 9th. FUGITIVE CAUGHT November 20, 2015 -- The King County Sheriff's Office says the suspect surrendered on Friday. FUGITIVE WANTED IN KING COUNTY November 20, 2015 -- King County detectives are hoping you can identify a bank robber they're dubbing the ‘Wring Bandit.’ Take a look at the video at the Prime Pacific Bank in Kenmore, where he passed a note to the teller and started wringing his hands as he waited for them to give him the money. Then 13 minutes later, he walked into the Key Bank on NE Bothell Way, gave the teller a note and demanded money. He took off on foot with the cash.
