Rand Paul makes Northwest campaign stops

SEATTLE (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul, making the first of several Pacific Northwest campaign stops in Seattle, spoke about constitutional issues and dysfunction in the nation's capital.

Paul appeared at Town Hall Seattle Wednesday morning. He has scheduled an afternoon rally in Spokane at the Doubletree Hotel. After Spokane, his tour is scheduled to take him to Idaho, Utah and Wyoming.

The Kentucky senator was in Anchorage on Tuesday in the first trip of a presidential candidate to Alaska this campaign.
