Lenny Kravitz splits pants on stage, exposing himself to fans

SOCKHOLM, Sweden -- Rock guitarist Lenny Kravitz suffered a bit of a wardrobe malfunction Monday night at a concert in Sweden, giving fans a little more of a show than they bargained for.

Kravitz had made it through about one song at Stockholm's Grona Lund theme park, the Independent reports, when the crotch of his pants ripped open.

Of course, Kravitz -- the rocker that he is -- was going commando during the show and not wearing underwear. The crowd quickly saw more than they bargained.

After realizing what happened, the 51-year-old Kravitz left the stage and changed his pants.

"Sorry," he allegedly told the crowd. "I ripped my trousers."

Pictures of the incident quickly became available on the web. Because, you know... the Internet. Kravitz addressed the subject simply by posting a message he received from Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler.

"Dude... No underwear and pierced...," Tyler wrote Kravitz. "F*** me.. You never showed me that s***."

Kravitz capped the post with #penisgate.

Yes, that's right. Add #penisgate to the growing list of wardrobe malfunctions witnessed in the public sphere.
