2-alarm fire rips through Renton businesses; no injuries reported

RENTON -- A 2-alarm commercial fire tore through three buildings Thursday morning in Renton.

According to the Renton Fire Department, units were called just before 5 a.m. to the fire in the 900 block of Bronson Way.

No one was inside the buildings, and no injuries were reported. Officials did not immediately release the cause of the fire, which appeared to severely damage all the buildings involved.

Nearby streets were blocked well into the morning, officials said.
