The Washington State Patrol grabbed the Internet's attention Tuesday when they tweeted a photo of a skeleton -- fully adorned in a pirate costume -- riding in the passenger seat of the car.

What's going on here many, including Q13 FOX News, asked.

Some assumed the skeleton might have been a unique attempt to utilize the carpool lane, but Webb quickly dispelled that theory.

One thing is for sure, if this incident is ever made into a movie it would certainly be rated ARRRRR.
