Driver opens fire at another car in road rage incident in West Seattle



SEATTLE -- Seattle police said officers were searching for a driver who opened fire on a car during a road rage incident in West Seattle Wednesday night and hit the vehicle  twice. No one was injured.

Police said a man was driving along Delridge Way SW nearing the West Seattle Bridge just before 8 p.m. when he became involved in a road rage incident with the driver of a black sedan.

The driver of the black sedan pulled out a gun and shot multiple times toward the passenger side of the other car where a 46-year-old woman was sitting.  The woman was uninjured in the shooting, but at least two bullets pierced the car, police said.

The driver of the victim’s car called 911 while following the suspect, but eventually lost him.
