EPIC FAILS: Defense robots have come a long ways, but they still stumble (VIDEO)

POMONA, Calif. -- Robot technology has come a long way in recent years, but a recent competition proved it still has a long way to go.

The Defense Department held a robotics challenge over the weekend, where robots were tasked with completing eight jobs in one hour.  As you can see in this video, not every task was successful.

A team from South Korea did take home first prize in the competition, designed to show how robots can help in disaster recovery.
