Parker County, TX — A naughty neighbor is accused of running an illegal swingers club out of his lavish home in the small town of Cresson in rural Parker County.

Now the HOA is swinging back with a lawsuit, CW33.com reports.

The HOA is seeking an injunction claiming the owner, Randy Carter, is running a business and charging kinky couples $75 to get in. He’s also reportedly advertising a maximum occupancy of 600 people.

The petition goes on to say the swingers house is tying up traffic in the quiet gated community from late in the evening to the early morning hours.

On the swingers club website, NaughtyNeighbors.com, the risqué real estate comes with a bar, a 3,500-square-foot disco, and a 4,500-square-foot patio.

This isn’t the first swinger’s club to get hung out to dry this year. Back in January, an Arlington house was also on the chopping block because the neighborhood wasn’t zoned for businesses to be run out of a home.

As far as this case is concerned, the HOA has stated the running of any business is prohibited under their rules.
