Turns out you've been drinking your coffee wrong for years

For many of us one of the first things we do after getting out of bed each morning is drink a cup of coffee.

But the folks at Asap Science say we've all been doing it wrong.

Turns out the optimal time for drinking any caffeinated beverage is when our body isn't at its peak production of a hormone called Cortisol.
