Police: 80 'pre-loaded' needles, heroin found at Olympia home



OLYMPIA -- Police have arrested two people after finding 80 "pre-loaded" needles, more than an ounce of heroin and a large amount of money at an Olympia home.

Officers received a tip that a man and women were selling large amounts of heroin out of a home near downtown. Officers secured a search warrant, and allegedly uncovered the couple were selling large amounts of the drug.

About an ounce of heroin and a lot of money was found along with 80 syringes "pre-loaded" with heroin. The street value is around $1,700 for the needles alone, police said.

The woman and man were taken into custody for drug sales and outstanding warrants
