Convicted sex offender who spent decades in prison for kidnapping, raping school worker -- missing

FUGITIVE WANTED BY DOC IN KING COUNTY  May 8, 2015 -- The hunt is on for a dangerous rapist and gang member who's missing in King County. His name is Leo Victoria. His street name is ‘Chip Dog.’ He spent 22 years in prison for a horrendous crime where he and another man took two school workers hostage in a car, one of them was a woman they raped. He got out of prison in 2013 and now is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender. He's also been busted for carrying firearms, burglary and theft. Department of Corrections officers say he uses a slew of fake names including "Robert Jones," "Harold Taylor," "Lloyd Bruck," "Victor Patrick" and the first name "Chip" -- which is part of his street name.
