Suspect caught on video stealing copper from emergency transmitter in Marysville



SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. -- Officials are asking for the public's help in identifying a person caught on camera stealing copper from an emergency radio tower in Marysville.

The transmitter near SR 9 and SR 528 belongs to the Snohomish County Emergency Radio System. Officials said there was no loss of service.

Officials posted the video to Facebook on Tuesday in an effort to track down the suspect. In the video, a person is seen walking around the tower shortly after 4 a.m. Monday.
