Driver jailed in Redmond hit-and-run fatality



REDMOND, Wash. (AP) — A driver who fled from a fatal collision in Redmond Saturday was jailed Sunday for investigation of vehicular homicide and hit-and-run.

Police say the 21-year-old Lynnwood man was tracked down Saturday by a police dog following the early morning rear-end collision that killed a 30-year-old man at the scene.

After his arrest, the Lynnwood man was treated and jailed after his release from a hospital.
