Dione Thompson, left, appears in King County Superior Court.

SEATTLE — A Bothell police detective pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges of sexual misconduct with a former Bothell High School student while she was serving as a school resource officer there.

Dione E. Thompson, 45, of Seattle, was charged last Thursday with two counts of first-degree sexual conduct with a minor for incidents that occurred between June 1, 2010, and Sept. 15, 2010. The victim turned 18 on Sept. 16, 2010.

According to the court documents, the victim said Thompson, then a school resource officer,  befriended her at her high school and engaged in a sexual relationship with her when she was 17, including in the officer’s marked police car.

The detective’s ex-girlfriend reported the incidents to police last August after the former student contacted her and told her of the past sexual incidents.

When questioned, Thompson denied having sex with the former student. She has been placed on paid administrative leave while an internal investigation is conducted.

Outside the King County courtroom Thursday, Thompson’s lawyer said his client denies sexual misconduct with anyone. “Innocent people are charged,” he noted.

It’s legal here also nitwit. But there are certain situations where it’s not. You’re too dense for me to explain it for you.

That Girl will never have to work.
She can sue the school district for millions.
That cop is soo ugly thats why she worked at a high school only way she could get laid.

I remember a cop like her years ago, she came speeding up out of nowhere to give some nice people a ticked for stopping on the sleepy road to ask us for directions. That’s when I knew some cops are just brass knuckles looking to get people for what ever they can.

Most states it is not legal if the adult is like 7 year old or more. The officer was about 40, so it would be completely illegal AND an abuse of power.
-It would NEVER be legal for a teacher or police officer on campus to have that kind of relationship with a student.

She is also known to be a predator of adults. There are several known counts of her seducing married adult females into relationships with her, as she gets her thrills “turning them.”
