AMAZING VIDEO: Cyclist hits buck going 30 mph downhill

SAUSALITO, Calif. -- A California cyclist captured video of what could be every Pacific Northwest rider's worst nightmare.

The video, uploaded to YouTube earlier this week, shows a cyclist hitting a deer at 30 mph. The cyclist was wearing a Fly6 camera on his helmet, and he captured the crash in excruciating detail.

Luckily, he only suffered a mild concussion in the accident, as well as a bit of memory loss around the event. He was happy to walk away, he said.

"I am very grateful to have escaped feeling only a little banged up," the cyclist said on YouTube.

The extent of the deer's injuries was not known.
