Two arrested after shooting threat inside parking garage, say police

SEATTLE -- Two people are under arrest after an argument erupted into shooting threats inside a parking garage on Seattle’s Capitol Hill early Sunday morning.

Police said three friends were headed into the garage in the 1400 block of Harvard just before 2:00 a.m. when two men walked up and began yelling.

The friends told police the men tried to start a fight and even threatened to shoot them while showing off a gun tucked into one of the men’s waistbands.

Police said the friends ran and were able to flag down two officers who were nearby.

The officers went to the garage and found the two men. They arrested the pair and after a search say their found a .380 semi-automatic pistol on one of the men.
