BALTIMORE — A Baltimore Ravens cheerleader was hospitalized after a fall during the Ravens’ 21-7 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
The unidentified cheerleader received an all-clear after being taken to the hospital, where doctors conducted tests on both her neck and back, according to a team spokesman, via The Baltimore Sun.
Not much is known about what caused the injury beyond that she was tossed in the air and landed awkwardly on her head or neck.
CBSSports.com’s Josh Katzowitz received a text message from Getty photographer Rob Carr, who was in the stadium at the time.
“It was bad,” Carr said.
The fact that the cheerleader doesn’t look to have suffered any major injuries is a welcome development.
