3 people charged with murder in Sedro-Woolley store owner's death

SEDRO-WOOLLEY -- Prosecutors have charged three people with first-degree murder in the death of a Sedro-Woolley convenience store clerk.

19-year-old Timothy Dillon is the third suspect charged with Yongmin Pak's murder. He was booked into Skagit County Jail on Wednesday.

Matthew Tobin was arrested last weekend and is being held on $750,000 bail.

Detectives said Tobin was the getaway driver who hit and killed the owner of James Market, Yongmin Pak, on October 2nd.

Pak was fatally injured as she and her nephew tried to stop a 17-year-old who grabbed two cases of beer and ran. Police said Pak was hit and dragged as the suspect jumped into an SUV just outside the store.

The 17-year-old spoke to police on Saturday and admitted he was the one who stole the beer. Prosecutors are charging him as an adult.

A fourth person who was in the SUV has not been charged.
