Authorities seize 24 guns, 3 cars and $250K worth of heroin in major bust

SEATTLE -- A 4-month long investigation resulted in a major seizure in two Seattle neighborhoods.

Investigators said an informant came forward with information that the suspect was supplying large amounts of heroin to eastside dealers.

Authorities searched two homes -- one in the 600 block of North 45th street in Fremont and another in the 23500 block of 52nd Avenue West in Mountlake Terrace.

Officers seized five pounds of heroin, $9,000 in cash, three vehicles, and 24 firearms.

“Investigations such as this impact our communities in a positive way," said Jim Jolliffe, Bellevue deputy chief of police. "The efforts of these Detectives resulted in the arrest of a prolific drug dealer and the removal of firearms and heroin from the hands of suspected criminals. I applaud their work to keep our neighborhoods safe.”

The Eastside Narcotics Task Force and Bellevue SWAT and Special Enforcement Teams worked together in this investigation.
