SEATTLE — A neighbor spotted someone digging through the bushes in the Green Lake neighborhood Thursday only to come up empty-handed, police said.

Then on Saturday, another car pulled up to the planting strip and started searching through the shrubs again. That person also left with nothing.

A witness decided to check out the area and discovered a bag with 113 grams of heroin inside — likely worth more than $10,000.

The finder turned over the heroin to police.

No further information was released.
