SEATTLE -- If this really was a “dress rehearsal” for the regular season, 12s should be pretty happy.

The Seahawks scored early and often in the first half Friday night against the Chicago Bears – going on to win 34 – 6.

As expected, many of the starters played into the 3rd quarter of the game.

Running back Marshawn Lynch finally got some playing time but not much. Lynch put the Hawks on the board with a 7-yard touchdown run in the 1st quarter.

Later in the 1st, Russell Wilson rushed for a 7-yard TD putting the Hawks up 14 – 0.

Hawks dominated time of possession in the 1st half. Russell Wilson led the team on an 11-play, 83-yard, six minute scoring drive. Jermaine Kerse caught the 12-yard reception for a TD.

The Seahawks weren’t done yet. They had five straight scoring drives.

Still in the 2nd quarter, Christine Michael catches a 7-yard TD pass from Wilson – in a drive that took only 1:12.

The Bears started off the game with three punts in a row followed by an interception. That set up the Seahawks for another score before the half.

Steven Hauschka drilled a 59-yard field goal just before the half giving the Hawks a commanding 31 – 0 lead.

The second half was relatively quiet for the Hawks. Hauschka missed a 53-yard field goal off the left upright.

Both Terrelle Pryor and Tarvaris Jackson got some playing time.

Pryor threw an interception late in the 4th quarter which led to a Bears field goal.

As far as penalties, the Hawks played a fairly clean game with 6 penalties for 60 yards. The Bears had 10 penalties for 70 yards.
