Seattle police: Teen breaks into home, gets into bed with sleeping woman

SEATTLE -- Police arrested a 17-year-old boy accused of breaking into a woman's home in North Beacon Hill and crawling into bed with her.

The woman told police she woke up on July 29th and realized there was somebody lying next to her. She told the suspect to get out and he reportedly said, "I need to sleep. Please let me sleep here."

The victim again told the boy to leave and he put on his clothes and left the room. Police said she went downstairs and found the teen standing by the door. The teen told her he needed to stay there, but she refused and he left.

The woman noticed that the screen had been cut out of the window in her room.

On Wednesday, detectives arrested the 17-year-old at his home. They said he has a history of "this type of behavior."
