MUST SEE: Commuters join together to help free man stuck on train tracks

PERTH, Australia -- The power of people is a wonderful thing.

A man boarding a Perth-bound train in Australia became stuck around 8:50 a.m. Wednesday when he slipped and fell between the track and the train, ABC. net in Australia reported.

Passengers quickly alerted the driver so the train didn't move. Then, as passengers got off the stuck train, they organized a "rock and tilt" move the train and pull the stuck man away.

"Everyone sort of pitched in," one official told ABC.net. "It was people power that saved someone from possibly quite serous injury."

The man did not sustain serious injuries.
