SEATTLE -- Police are searching for three young men who were spotted running from a burning home Thursday afternoon in West Seattle.

Police and firefighters were called to the 7300 block of 16th Ave SW in the Delridge neighborhood just before 4:00 p.m.

Officials say a man inside the burning home escaped with minor burns.

A man who lives in a shack next door told officers he heard sawing sounds just before the fire. He walked outside and saw a man in his 20s standing on the roof.

He told police he then heard two loud pops -- possibly fireworks -- and noticed the house next door was on fire.

Investigators say the fire was intentionally set.

Officers searched the area but did not find any possible suspects.
